Information on Phosphorous Protein Hydrolysate

Protein Hydrolysate is an organic product. It is a mixture of number of Amino Acids which are essential for normal growth of Plants & Animals. It is a biologically important molecule made from Amines & Carboxylic acid functional groups, along with a side-chain. The key elements of Protein Hydrolysate are Carbon, Nitrogen, Oxygen & Hydrogen. Protein Hydrolysate is hygroscopic in nature. It should be packed in tightly closed containers.

New Alliance Dye Chem Pvt. Ltd. is a leading worldwide manufacturer of Protein Hydrolysate products.

Synthesis / Manufacturing Process of Phosphorous Protein Hydrolysate
Protein Hydrolysate can be manufactured by two routes i.e. Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Alkali Hydrolysis. Our products are manufactured by enzymatic hydrolysis route. After the hydrolysis is carried out, the solution is heated such that all the enzymes are irreversibly inactivated. The solution is then concentrated & spray dried. The process is carried out in controlled conditions to prevent bacterial contamination during the process.

Uses / Application of Phosphorous Protein Hydrolysate

Phosphorous plays a significant role in energy metabolism. It is obligatory in all phosphorylation reactions. Phosphorus is highly mobile in plant and essential for respiration and cell division. Phosphorus is a structural component of the plasma membrane of the cell; plays an essential role in the constitution of nucleotides and nucleic acids. It is absorbed as phosphate ion from the soil. It Promotes root formation and fruit ripening.
Some deficiency symptoms related to Phosphorous deficiency are listed as follows:
  • Red or purple blots on the leaf surfaces.
  • Loss of older leaves.
  • Plants stunted and the colour of leaves become dark green than normal.
  • Seed dormancy increases.
  • Premature fall of leaves and fruit.
  • Phosphatase enzyme activity increases.
  • Causes accumulation of carbohydrates in soybean plant.
